FAU closed during the holiday season

The picture shows a part of Erlangen's Schlossplatz. It's a winter shot; the sky is bright blue and there is a little snow. The photo shows the Erlangen palace which is now the seat of the university. In front of the castle we see the Margrave Monument, it represents the founder of the university, Margrave Friedrich von Brandenburg-Bayreuth. There is a very high christmas tree between the monument and the castle.

To save energy during the holiday season, the University will be closed from 24 December until 1 January. From January 2nd we will be working again at the Chair of Computer Science 6 with a reduced staffing.

Most employees of our chair will be back on January 9, 2023. We wish you happy holidays!
