Once again this year, the lab gathered in Pappenheim from September 14th to 16th for its annual retreat.
The professors and research assistants used this time together to engage in discussions on current research topics. In addition to presenting and discussing ongoing research projects, the agenda also included planning courses for the next semesters and preparing for upcoming conferences.
To strenghten team spirit, a team-building activity was organized. The task was to build rafts using different materials. These were then tested on the Altmühl River—with great success!
Beyond the official program items, there were many opportunities for conversations and informal exchanges.
