Title: Guest Lecture: “Data (Science) at Flix”
We are delighted to announce a guest lecture by Daniel Krauss, Co-Founder, CIO, and CHRO at Flix, scheduled for July 10, 2026. This lecture will be held as part of our course “Knowledge Discovery in Databases” (KDD).
Content Overview
The presentation will provide an applied overview of the utilization of data and data science within a globally operating enterprise. Among other topics, Daniel Krauss will discuss the concrete applications of data science at Flix, illustrating how it is employed for route optimization and efficient price management.
Following an approximately 30- to 40-minute presentation, ample time has been allocated for questions and an open discussion.
